Jen McReynolds brings more than 20 years of experience in operations, project management, and organizational development across corporate, nonprofit, and construction environments. She has led multimillion‑dollar projects, strengthened cross‑departmental workflows, and built scalable systems that support growth and long‑term stability.
Jen’s background includes senior roles in business operations, global project coordination, construction oversight, HR, finance, and compliance. She is known for her ability to identify operational gaps, streamline processes, and create clarity in fast‑moving environments. Her work has consistently improved efficiency, communication, and accountability while supporting executive‑level decision‑making.
